We find it attractive and competitive value for money in Hat Yai. The room had its own sunny balcony. The restaurant was good for breakfasts👌

During my stay at the Tonaoi Grand Hotel, I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff at the Front Office. When I found out that my extra bed was not sent by the housekeeping department, the Front Office Manager personally followed through with the delivery. Their dedication and attentiveness made me feel valued as a guest. Additionally, the rooms were comfortable and clean, with the added bonus of having the duvet cover changed every day. I would recommend this hotel.

Liked our Christmas stay! Breakfast was lovely with a mix of local and western food options to choose from. the location was great, with a 7-11 nearby for those little essentials, and easy to travel to other parts of the city. the staff were friendly and worked hard to make sure we had a comfortable stay.
Disliked the small shower and portable water heater. the location was a bit of a distance from the main downtown area, and finding reliable transportation back to the hotel at night was a challenge.

New design hotel with clean sheets. Friendly staff and good teams. Spacious and spotless room with en suite bathroom. Very good breakfast with plenty of choices. Comfortable pillows. Great location away from tourist area. Strategic location with safe parking. Front desk ladies are awesome. Great deco and restaurant. We will be back again.

Great breakfast selection with good quality bedding and some English speaking channels on TV. Plus, the location is convenient with easy parking facilities.
The lack of transportation options to the main city area made it difficult to explore as most TukTuk drivers refuse to go to the hotel, with fares being quite high. , the water heaters in the bathrooms were a bit difficult to deal with.

The hotel is located in a peaceful location away from the touristy area, perfect for those who prefer some quiet time. the rooms are spotlessly clean with ample space, comfortable pillows, and en-suite bathrooms. the breakfast served is of good quality with plenty of options to choose from.
The transport options from the hotel to downtown and other areas are limited, which could be a hassle for visitors.
